Vegetarian Burger
A burger consists of vegetarian patty and salad dressing.

Ingredients:

Boiled potatoes:6

Boiled peas: 1/2 cup

Chopped onion: 1/2

Green chilli: 1 finely chopped

Ginger: 1 teaspoon grated

Green Capsicum: 1/4 finely chopped

Carrot: 1 small grated

Cucumber: 1/2 sliced

Onion: 1 small sliced

Tomatoes: 1 sliced

Salt: As per taste

Red chilli powder: 1/4 teaspoon

Amchoor (Mango) Powder: 1/2 tablespoon

Chaat Masala: 1/2 teaspoon

Heeng (Asafoetida): 2 pinches

Burgers : 6 piece

Vegetable oil: 6 tablespoon

Butter: 4 tablespoon
-
Tomato ketchup: 6 tablespoon
Method:
For Making Veg Patties:
1. Finely chopped all veggies as mentioned and mix with mashed boiled potatoes. Now add spices such as salt, mango powder, chaat masala, being, red chilli powder. Mix it well.
2. Now divide the mixture in 6 equal parts and make patties. Keep them aside.
3. Now heat a flat pan, add few drops of vegetable oil. Shallow fry the patties from both sides until they are cooked and little crispy. Keep them aside.
4. Now cut some salad like cucumber, onions and tomatoes and cheese (optional) slices if you like and put these in separate plate.
5. Now take burgers and cut them into two pieces. Cook them over hot pan using butter from both sides.
6. Now spread some tomato ketch up or some chutney (sauce) you like on both sides of burger.
7. For stuffing the burger, first put the veg patty on one side of burger then put the sliced cucumber, onion and tomatoes. Now put other part of burger over the top.
8. Burger is ready and can be served with any kind of sauce or chutney.
